Fine, Wyatt & Carey is one of the oldest law firms in the Northeastern Pennsylvania counties of Wayne, Susquehanna and Lackawanna. The firm traces its beginnings back to 1929, when Louis A. Fine began the practice of law in Forest City, Pennsylvania. In 1932 he opened an office in Honesdale, Pennsylvania. Over the next 50 years, what began as an individual practice expanded into the Scranton area and surrounding counties. The firm of Fine, Wyatt & Carey now maintains offices in both Scranton and Honesdale, the county seats of Lackawanna and Wayne Counties, respectively.
